Founded in 1987 as a plastics processing business, the Klaus Angermaier GmbH offers a range of services including the procurement of forms, beforehand product development including technical drawing and models from semi-finished products or model forms.
Our second mainstay consists of the processing of our parts into assemblies through vaporizing, chroming, welding, printing, screwing, bonding, etc.
Machines
A well-equipped machine park enables us to produce flexibly and on time with regard to your individual needs.
As we produce for numerous companies, which operate on different economical levels, our machines make it possible for us to react to the different and rapid changing order situations of these businesses.
Over 30 machines with a clamp force from 200 to 3300 kN process all current thermoplastics from PE to PPS, as well as thermoplastic elastomers as a cost-effective alternative to rubber material.
Therefore we are able to process a multitude of different thermoplastic polymers into high-quality molded parts for the industry.
Production
We provide optimal conditions for an efficient production process, inexpensive manufacturing and on-time delivery.
series parts
Our production process enables us to offer relatively short-term productions. Whether small series, flash series or the complete production process - we manufacture for our customers from the prototype to the finished product.
special parts
We offer sophisticated special parts made of high-tech plastics with insert components to ready-to-install components.
assembly production
We have years of experience in the further processing and finishing of our individual parts into assemblies through vaporizing, chroming, welding, printing, screwing, bonding etc. In this context we take care of the disposition, storage and quality control of the provided or bought-in components.
